The deep flowering that occurred in the human and poetic dialogue between Attilio Bertolucci and Pier Paolo Pasolini lay in mutual recognition of the other as different and absolute. Loving respect for the other – so near, yet so distant. In Rome, in the Monteverde neighborhood, in the same building, lived the two poets – both of whom ‘landed’ in that city – and over the years, through the habits of familiarity, they deepened a relationship destined to bear witness to itself in poetic words. In Attilio Bertolucci and Pier Paolo Pasolini, a friendship in verses, the voices of Sonia Bergamasco and Fabrizio Gifuni alternate, exploring the luminous mystery of a friendship through the sound of words.
